Yes, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Just contact us with your order number and we’ll guide you through it.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return postage is covered by the customer. We recommend using tracked delivery for peace of mind.

Refunds are issued once we’ve received and inspected your return. If we’re satisfied that the jar is unopened and in sellable condition, we’ll process your refund and send a confirmation. This usually happens within a few days of receiving your return.
